SPARE MODULES for AMANDA-II TWR 04

The spare modules for the TWR04 system can be found in boxes on top of the cabinet across from the YAG laser.  Here is a list of spares:

  5 SIS3300 TWRs  
  1 Spare Converter Board for trigger distribution ( 3U board, about 3 inches high - it is OK to replace the 6U boards with this unit)
  2 SIS1100 bridges (PCI card)
  2 SIS3100 bridges (VME module with DSP)
  

• 2 GPS2VME interface board (the location is different than the other spares - it is located on the shelf near string 18.  The cardboard box is labeled "GPS2VME   ".  Note that there are two version of this card. One version is appropriate for both the muon-DAQ and TWR-DAQ.  The other is specific to the Supernova system.  The GPS2VME module is labeled with a tag that describes the specific variant of the module. This information is also described in the GPS2VME documentation.
  

  2 optical fibres (in the box labeled Wuppertal now right next to the black cabinet).  [Note: fiber optic cables are very reliable, but will break if yanked or kinked]
